WhatsRCS is a unit of Bitsphere Infosystem Pvt Ltd, a digital marketing company that has spent over 10 years building communication and messaging solutions for businesses. Our work in this space led us to RCS, a technology that lets businesses send rich media messages, promotional content, transactional updates and OTPs, all at a cost that makes sense for businesses of every size.

We got here because we saw a real gap. WhatsApp's API offered rich media messaging, but the cost put it out of reach for most businesses. Meta and Google Ads were great for reaching new customers, but businesses with their own defined audience needed a more affordable way to deliver rich, trustworthy messages directly to people who already knew them. Around the same time, we built Revplies to help businesses manage their Google reputation and search rankings, and that work deepened our understanding of how much businesses struggle to stay visible and connected with their customers. RCS was the missing piece, so we partnered with Google and JIO as an RCS carrier and built WhatsRCS to close that gap.

That experience now shows in our track record. We've worked with 100+ businesses, including major names like Hyundai, Hero, Yamaha, HPCL, and Adani, as well as government sector clients, helping each one build a stronger, more reliable communication channel with their customers.
