Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 16 June 2026

Last Updated: 16 June 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all payments made by Customer to WhatsRCS ("WhatsRCS," "we," "us," or "our") for RCS Agent registration assistance, subscriptions, and prepaid messaging credits ("Recharge") used in connection with the Services available on whatsrcs.com. By making a payment to WhatsRCS, Customer agrees to this Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

1. General Policy

As a general rule, amounts paid to WhatsRCS are not refundable. All payments, including registration fees, subscription fees, and Recharge added to Customer's account, are considered final once processed, except in the limited circumstances expressly described in this Policy.

2. Refunds for RCS Agent Registration Failure

  • 2.1 If Customer has paid WhatsRCS for assistance with RCS Agent registration and WhatsRCS is unable to successfully complete the registration of Customer's RCS Agent with Google and the relevant mobile network operators, Customer shall be eligible for a refund of the registration fee paid for that agent.
  • 2.2 Where an RCS Agent registration is rejected because Customer provided inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant information, brand assets, or documentation, WhatsRCS will first notify Customer and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct and resubmit the application. A refund under this Section will be considered only if the registration ultimately cannot be completed despite such resubmission, or if the failure is attributable to WhatsRCS.
  • 2.3 Refunds under this Section are limited to the registration fee actually paid for the specific RCS Agent that failed to register, and do not extend to any Recharge or other amounts described in Section 3.

3. No Refund After Agent Approval and Recharge

  • 3.1 Once an RCS Agent has been successfully registered and approved by Google and the relevant mobile network operators, and Customer has added Recharge to its account for the purpose of sending RCS messages, such Recharge is non-refundable under any circumstances, whether or not the Recharge has been fully utilized, and whether the account remains active, is voluntarily closed, or is suspended or terminated.
  • 3.2 This Recharge represents prepaid credits made available for Customer's use within the Platform and does not constitute a deposit or advance that is returnable to Customer.

4. Credits for Failed Message Delivery

  • 4.1 Where a message fails to be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to WhatsRCS or the Platform, the value of the affected message(s) will, upon verification, be credited back to Customer's account as additional Recharge. This will be provided as a credit adjustment and not as a cash refund.
  • 4.2 Non-delivery caused by factors outside WhatsRCS's control, including but not limited to the recipient's device not supporting RCS, the recipient being unreachable, incorrect or outdated contact information supplied by Customer, recipient opt-out, or network or carrier level issues, will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

5. No Refund on Suspension or Termination for Policy Violations

If Customer's account, RCS Agent, or access to the Services is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or the policies of Google, Jibe Mobile Inc., or any mobile network operator, Customer shall not be entitled to any refund of fees, Recharge, or other amounts paid, whether or not such Recharge has been utilized.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • 6.1 Refund requests under Section 2 must be submitted in writing to WhatsRCS through the contact details in Section 10, along with the relevant order or invoice reference and a description of the registration failure.
  • 6.2 WhatsRCS will review the request, verify the status of the RCS Agent registration with Google and the relevant Carriers, and inform Customer of the outcome within a reasonable period.

7. Mode and Timeline of Refund

Where a refund is approved under this Policy, it will be processed to the original payment method or bank account used by Customer, within a reasonable period from the date of approval, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant bank or payment gateway, which are outside WhatsRCS's control.

8. Taxes and Charges

Any refund issued under this Policy will be net of applicable taxes already paid to government authorities and any non-recoverable transaction or payment gateway charges incurred by WhatsRCS in connection with the original payment.

9. Changes to This Policy

WhatsRCS may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on whatsrcs.com with a revised "Last Updated" date. Refund requests will be assessed under the version of this Policy in effect at the time the relevant payment was made, unless a subsequent version is more favorable to Customer and WhatsRCS chooses to apply it.
